Monday is my day of so I hired a video to watch while I have the house to my self. Hostage starring Bruce Willis was a $2 hire so wen to for that. Love Bruce Willis and this movie in many ways is typical Bruce. I had to laugh though druing the final shoot out in the house. The girl hosatge is stood in the lounge wooly blanket over her head - Virgin Mary like (to protect herslef from the fire) and in walks the wierd druggy guy, doing a Jesus Christ pose - but with a molotov cocktails in each hand. Kind of arty and surreal and i am sure the director wanted to make some 'spiritual' comment, but cam across as cheesy as John Woo's obsession with doves in most of his movies where there is a shoot out scene.
